Quick, effective and human

Laka have been absolutely amazing. I had my bike stolen from my home earlier this year, and while it took ages to sort stuff out with the police, I could submit a short video explaining what happened to Laka and got paid out the very next day (they even apologised it took them a bit long to get back to me). Getting paid out quickly is of course great, but I also appreciated that the responses I got from them came from actual people who were allowed to be human in their responses.
