Absolutely rubbish, misleading and horrendous communication

Filled online application form out, was accepted and told the money would be there in two days (unless further checks were needed, then a letter would be sent). Waited four days then rang. Was told they needed more information...OK but when was I going to get told this? No letter or email, they said they were telling me now! (But I rang them). Was told to send my bank statements in, so I did this. Waited a further four days (I send statements by recorded delivery) was told it could be another 3-5days. I just gave up. Went to my bank and had the cash 1 hour later. AVOID AA LOANS. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022
