Shrinking Pension funds, online system un-usable

Ive had my pension open for 18 months, and its shrinking on a monthly basis. When ive come to request my financial advisor to have access to my policy, I had a letter asking me to fill out an online form that doesnt exist. The website lists around 13 types of pension and funds before you can login, then when you do and ask for support it asks for your policy number, which is also known as your plan number or your scheme number, then the search offers 507 documents to review.
