Morally reprehensible

I'll keep it brief. They're quite happy to accept your hard earned cash, year after year. But when the time comes and you have to make a claim, they concoct some cock & bull nonsense as to why it isn't covered. 3 times in 18 months (2 dogs) we tried to claim for different things and none of them were covered, leaving us with a £4k vet bill.
