Its insurance. Nothing to get excited about

Im sure they are like all insurance companys and when it comes to pay out it will be a painful experience. This applies to all companys. Dissapointed they dont send an email version of your cert which is handy to take on holiday. And they are crazy about data protection so much so you cant talk to them. WTF !!
