Great customer experience

I recently took a loan with Bamboo and was really impressed with the whole customer journey and experience. From start to finish it was a smooth process and clearly detailed and explained what the next steps were. I was kept informed the whole time after my application and even had a lovely friendly lady call me to explain the process more, check I fully understood the process and loan application and also just have a general chat about what the loan was for. She was genuinely interested in the office space in the garden that I was using it for. I had a loan a few years ago from a major bank and It was so automated with no personal contact. So it was lovely to deal with Bamboo this time. I’d highly recommend them to friends and family. Even changing the payment date for repayments was so quick and easy.
