Changing car insurance to a different car when upgrading my car

I had my car insured with One Call Insurance, when I was upgrading my car, I had to travel approx 100 miles to collect the newer car. One call insisted that I gave them the TIME when the insurance would transfer from one car to the other. I explained that as I was travelling approx 100 miles to collect the car and could be delayed due to a traffic accident, excess traffic, road closures or weather conditions etc. If I was delayed then my car would NOT be insured. I would NOT insure with this company again. Reviewed on: 5th August 2022
