Simply the best insurance product ever

Laka are truly awesome. They've helped me personally when I crashed my bike and damaged my helmet. Their team was swift to help and I had the money in my account within 48hrs. I felt listened to and it was a pleasure dealing with real cycling folk who understand the needs of cyclists. Secondly the model is genius. I love the flexibility and being able to manage my cover within the Laka app. I also like the idea that I'm helping out other cyclists like me each month. It's super clever and means more than just a random insurance company on the other end of the phone. Reviewed on: 8th August 2022
