First class customer service

I’d been looking for a specific car to carry my four grand children in. The first 2 cars I found turned out to have lots of mechanics issues and First Response undid the finance on them with no problem at all. All the way through they reassured me that everything would be sorted out and it was. It really was a weight off my mind at such a stressful time. Every operator I spoke to was up to date with my case and had just the right advice for me. I was really impressed. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
