A game changer product

I have been using ByMiles now for almost a year, and I love it. The main reason is simply you only need to pay for the miles you drive. Some months I hardly drive and I pay hardly anything. If I travel long distance I only pay for what I drive. (with a cap at 150) also the app is ace. Most useful feature (apart from keeping track of your spending) is the find my car feature. Also the diagnostic tool is good. So far no issue with my car so cannot comment how accurate it is. Customer service is also good. Emails are responded to quickly and telephone staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Will definitely be renewing.. Other insurance providers need to modernise and jump on bad..
