Great concept and customer service

Really like the new concept of by miles, easy to set up and use and really makes you think about what mileage you are actually driving on a monthly basis. All very transparent, my only gripe is that you can’t add anyone on the policy unless they live with you or are a relative, I really needed some support after I broke a bone in my foot, I live in village on my own with my 10 year old son in Devon and they wouldn’t insure my expartner even for a day to drive my car (he had a van) which was very disappointing- I had to take out separate insurance.
