The sign up process and ongoing payment deductions are simple. I think it is important to also judge how a claim is dealt with. Unfortunately I had to make a claim this year through no fault of my own. I found Zurich (who underwrite the By Miles policy) super helpful, following up with phone calls exactly when they had promised they would. The repair bodyshop took their time (due to parts shortage/ delays) but I had a courtesy car and was kept informed so made no difference to me. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
