First Response Heroes.

I had a car mechanical nightmare on my reliable work horse, i had been considering finance for a while but was certain i would be rejected because off ccjs and i was by alot of other companies, first response finance contacted me and explained that credit history, is history and doesn't define the person you are today and they would like to get to know the customer more then the score so they can further understand the best way that they could help, it was approved with in a couple of days and i was driving away in a nice new car just a week later. Customer service has been nothing short of amazing on every occasion, they offer different payment plans to suit my needs and are always there to support if needed. Only reason is didnt get a 5* review is the price to repay on my finance was alot higher then others but i assume thats because of my ccjs, they did explain that i would be offered a better price next time if i was to keep to the repayment plan.
