Brilliant customer service

So far I’ve only had to contact ByMiles twice, once over the phone and once via email. Both times they were very helpful and it is clear that they have all the necessary knowledge to answer your questions/queries. Great to have a friendly voice at the end of the phone unlike some companies these days. Would highly recommend Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
