Fantastic Customer Service

I reach out to Payplan as i was sick with worry about my debt situation. I vulnerable. embrassed and thought there was no way out. Contacting payplan was the best thing i ever done. It was quick, easy, efficient they laid out all my options and allowed me to make the choice i thought best for my situation. They did not make you feel embrassed they were very supportive and understanding and i now sleep better a night knowing that they are dealing with everything on my behalf.
