Hidden charges

I used this service once to ‘pay later’ for an item where I was then told I would be charged admin fees when it came to paying it off. It came as a shock. If I had known I would have admin fees I would not have used the service and just paid with my own money as I was just spreading my costs. I do not appreciate hidden charges, and if the fine print was there it should’ve been clear on the ‘total to pay’ page BEFORE submitting the application. I prefer klarna.
