I have been with Natwest since I was 10 years old, never left and don't want to. Whenever they've made a mistake they've corrected it immediately with great customer service and have always apologised. Their staff are friendly, confident and knowledgeable and I have never felt the need tk go elsewhere. They also have a good range of products on the market. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Helpful, friendly staff.

Each time I have called Andmiral the staff have always been helpful, friendly, polite and get what I have asked done. I feel good customer service is vital when taking out insurance policies so this fills me with trust in Admiral and I am happy I am insured with them and am very likely to renew with them in the future and also recommend their sevices.
