Review of the Admiral, Home insurance:

Five Star Service.

Unfortunately our living room carpet was burnt due to coal falling from our open fire. We contacted Admiral,, our home insurers, to claim for this and within days we had completed the claim forms and returned them along with estimates as requested. A telephone call, again within a few days, gave us the go ahead to order and have a new carpet fitted. A cheque followed within 48 hours. Our new carpet was laid with 6 weeks. This was much earlier this year when the Covid virus was still be used as an excuse for delays in some businesses taking too much time with delivery's, sending tradesmen etc., We could not say the same with Admiral, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently our claim was handled. P.s. The cost of our home insurance with Admiral is so reasonable. We definitely highly recommend Admiral. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
