Couldn't have hoped for a better service

We bought the platinum cover on the basis of previous customer reviews we had read. We couldn't have hoped for a better service when disaster struck, and we arrived home after a short break to find our ceiling on the dining table and water flowing through which had escaped from the tank in the loft, causing massive damage to brickwork, kitchen, furnishings etc .We were assigned a loss adjuster who kept in constant contact throughout the repairs , making a very stressful experience much more manageable. Top marks to him. My advice would be to buy the best policy you can afford, everything that needed replacing was done so without fuss or argument. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend admiral home insurance to anyone. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
