My sisters claim

It’s not my experience it’s my sisters she had a flood January 2022 on her 50th birthday her house is still a shambles 8 months on they ripped up her living room floor cause of asbestos & hall still concrete ripped out her kitchen she’s had no oven or electric bottom part of kitchen for months now the insurance is arguing with builders saying they are charging to much My sister is on the verge of a nervous breakdown nobody gets back to her when she phones it’s diabolical hiw she has been treated I am totally disgusted with you Admiral for leaving a home like a bomb site for so long you would have to see it to believe it My sister is so house proud & she is putting up with this oh as well she’s had no bathroom sink either since January & no flooring I’m totally disgusted in you for letting her live like this with her two sons for so long & no where near of when work is going to start When my policy ends I will be taking my business elsewhere you ought to be totally ashamed of yourselves we pay the money but you WONT pay it out how dare you I really hope you are never in the situation my sister is in it’s totally diabolical of you I hope you get your acts together & sort people out sooner than 8 months when the tragedy happened it’s not her fault it happened it’s what you pay your insurance for peace of mind what a JOKE Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
