Extremely helpful service

We were always afraid/embarrassed/worried to contact someone about the debt we were in but after we were put in touch with payplan we were honestly shocked at how they made things so stress free for us the staff are truly amazing with calming you and making u feel there is help and certainly not alone they are totally honest and so very helpful we were amazed at how its been for us. We do struggle sometimes with our outgoings especially at this time but we make allowances and keep focused on the end result which payplan have made possible for us. Always on the end of the phone or email when we need them. I feel its the best thing we ever did contacting them and would recommend them to anyone in need. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
