Relief

It took a long time to ask for help because I was so embarrassed and it does not matter who you liaise with at Pay Plan because all the staff there treat you like a human being and they help you manage your money. I am deaf and they were very good at finding alternative ways of communicating. They are very patient as I am a busy lady and take a while to update my budget plan yearly. Immense relief

I wished I had done this years ago. They put all my debts together and contacted the companies on my behalf to agree on a plan that suited my current outgoings. Without them I would’ve lost my home. They even accommodated my deafness to make communication smoother between us as I can’t use a telephone :-) Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
