Theyre okay. A bit annoying. Make sure to triple check information from compare the market as a lot of mine wasn't transferred over giving me extra costs to fix their mistakes later down the line Reviewed on: 19th August 2023

They're okay but not great

I signed up to Admiral through Comparethemarket.com as theirs was the cheapest quote. They clearly didn't take all the details from the website as I was told at a later date that I wasn't listed as the main driver even though that's what I put in the website's form. This was just the start of the problems. I also told them that I do part time work which they decided not to put anywhere so about a month later after the policy started they charged me more money to update my policy. This is just unfair. If I'd have known I'd have so many issues I would have not chosen Admiral especially as in the signup process when you leave comparethemarket's website to sort out insurance there is nowhere for you to check these details and definitely nowhere for you to change them. Seems a bit ridiculous to me. Apart from these things I haven't had other problems with them but I haven't made a claim with them yet. Their blackbox works well although I'd suggest you don't get one if you drive a lot at night for work and in odd areas which I do because it drastically brings your score down and they'll charge you £200 to remove it after it's already on your policy Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
