Super service and accessibility

I switched to Admiral two years ago as I wanted to include a newly qualified young driver on my policy and their price was really good. In addition, it is so easy to access all my insurance documents online and to make any changes for standard things online too. When we had a query about something non-standard, I spoke to someone at Admiral who was knowledgeable and super helpful, checking with the underwriters who then emailed me so I had the answer in writing. Also the renewal premium was considerably cheaper this year. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
