I have a multi car policy and as well as being great value the customer support is excellent- you can make changes to the policy on the app but also have access to chat function and whenever you speak to someone on the phone they are brilliant Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Great value and absolutely superb customer service

Bought multi-car when my daughter passed her test as it was the cheapest. I arranged that over the phone and the staff member who assisted me was extremely helpful. Have now been with them for 3 years and receive details of renewal by email.. The app is superb and it is easy to make changes of address, driver etc through that. Whenever I have had a question I use the chat function which is responded to quickly and the support has always been excellent Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
