Good customer service

Admiral had good customer service, and there is always someone friendly and helpful to talk to at the end of the phone. They were very helpful when I had to make a claim due to an incident that was not my fault - and helped me to get my car repaired as quickly as possible whilst also helping me arrange a courtesy car in the meantime.
