Good customer service but do try to raise premiums on renewal

I've been with admiral for my car insurance for about 5 years now. They are always easy to get hold of when wanting to talk to customer services and usually very personable to speak to. In general I feel I do get value for money, but I've not had to make any claims (other than windscreen) so I haven't got any experience of that. My primary complaint is that they do (as all providers seem to) increase premiums at renewal every year although usually are willing to negotiate for existing customers... Pretty good value for money

Been with admiral for several years now. Every renewal they do try to put prices up despite improved no claims bonus, but are willing to reduce and beat other quotes when talking on the phone. Customer services very helpful - at least when discussing renewals anyway. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
