Great until you need something

I made many policy changes during my year with Admiral. Then i needed my vehicle removed, told them my student status would end this month. Lady on the phone did a quote for me when all of a sudden she kept talking about house cover. So i told her to do a quote. Thats when trouble began, not only did she have to do 3 quotes for something i didnt want but when i told her i would do the change online myself when i was sure that 1) im going to college & 2) when i was certain id sell the car. I was blackmailed, told that armed with the information I GAVE HER, she was forced to take action & that I HAD to make the change through the phone right at that moment. 99% of people wouldnt have made the changes i did as it was, so why am i being forced to make a change on the spot just to give them yet another admin fee if what i said wouldnt change. Used to like admiral because of the prices but their operators are thieves, there is 0 online chat even though theres a button for it & no way to get them through email. All forms of enquiries are directed to the busiest format; calls. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
