I'm self employed so it's reassuring to have this insurance. I haven't researched many alternatives but it seems reasonable value, luckily I've not had to use it yet.

Have always managed to speak to a person quickly or within reasonable waiting time when necessary. Often isn't necessary as their online services are great and you can do a lot there! They've been helpful when needed.
