Simple, Transparent and Genuinely Supportive

I’ve had a really positive experience with Updraft. The whole process was straightforward and easy to understand, with no confusing jargon or hidden surprises. From application to managing my loan, everything felt clear and well organised. What I particularly appreciate is how transparent they are about costs and repayments. It made me feel in control of my finances rather than overwhelmed by them. The app is easy to use, and I like being able to see everything in one place. Updraft feels different from traditional lenders, more modern, supportive and focused on helping customers make smarter financial decisions.
