Well done Chase Bank

I moved my current account from TSB to Chase about 2 years ago maybe. Best thing I ever did. The app is awesome and simple to use. It has easy find and use details like contacting customer service, security measures etc. I absolutely hated the TSB especially after the farce of the technical issues all TSB customers experienced following an update a few years ago. I just never trusted them after that. But with Chase, I have had no issues whatsoever but if I did, customer service is just a few clicks away. Absolutely fantastic bank!! Straight forward and simple. That's what you need from your bank. 10/10 from me!! Well done Chase Bank Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
