Excellent All round

I have had excellent customer service from many pets there website is fantastic and easy to understand you can choose your own excess and if you want to pay part of the bill or not, when I got a new kitten I instantly new I wanted to add them to the insurance they offer a huge amount of insurance so any possibility is covered they are good value aswell considering what they are offering, and I phoned to ask how the payment worked for adding my new pet and they made it so easy to understand and they were so friendly and kind, I'm so impressed with them and how it really is tailored to the owner and thier pet Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

Great cover also Great customer service

I only gave 9 stars as on its own it is a little higher than other insurance however in a multi deal its excellent and the cover is fantastic and completely customisable and personalised to the individual needs which I love as its no set brackets for example low medium high, and I think for what you get its definitely worth it, also the customer service is excellent some of the very best out there, if I've had any questions there answered in a friendly manner and always with ease too and they really do try there best for there customers to make sure the customer is completely satisfied even after they have sold the insurance the customer service is excellent its not like some where once they have you they don't seem to care, admiral do care about there customers and what's happening to them, and so I can't fault them at all I would definitely recommend them because for the customer service alone they are worth being with.
