Need a new Loss Adjuster

My experience with Admiral themselves has been friendly and helpful. They answer relatively quickly and have helped me with issues such as renewal and payments. However, when I was appointed to their Loss Adjuster, The Davies Group, their communication was terribly poor and they had a system outage which has yet to be fixed at the time of writing and I am left unable to progress my claim. I would rate Admiral much higher if it were not for this as they try their best. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
