great prices but strange customer experience

really happy with the prices I've got and clear approach to pricing. but I was told I could save admin costs by managing changes online but then told online I had to call them which costs me more which I didn't think was fair as it wasn't my choice to call. I then also had a strange phone experience where the man had a slightly angry tone. but all really minor and small details so it does rank well to me. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
