Pretty good service at good prices

I joined admiral a while back through a comparison site and each renewal have come to them and asked to match cheaper options. In fairness to them they always have but I do feel I shouldn’t have to call them and threaten to leave to get the best price. Just offer me a your best price at renewal time. I also find it irritating I can’t manage more of my account online—the customer portal website is pretty poor. Just build a front end for whatever backend the sales reps use and we could all save a lot of effort. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
