Chase?? You’ll have to Chase everything up.

When I switched to Chase they said everything would automatically come across from my Halifax account; it did not. The switch caused missed payments- which down-graded my credit file. My Chase card has been declined most weeks -despite having lots of money in -the post office said they would not accept my card to withdraw cash out- told that it wasn’t accepted by them. I asked Chase to follow this up - no reply. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Zopa - Great service and excellent communication.

I have had both a loan and an isa account with Zopa. Zopa are excellent at communicating. I know exactly what’s happening with the app. Zopa also offer great competitive deals both for savings and loans. Zopa also gives you lots of information about what best financial choices to make. Zopa - no hidden charges.

I have used Zopa for at least two loans over a period of years. The decision is quick and the loans are up front with charges and flexible for repayment. Professional always with good easy app. to manage your payments. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Smart, snappy and highly efficient.

Searched around for a while trying to get a good interest rate on a loan and Zopa kept popping up. Applied and within 3 days had my money. Great to deal with no hassle and perfect customer service . Reviewed on: 8th January 2018
