Brilliant employees

To give Admiral credit, when it came to renewing my home and car insurance and matching what I had found online, the employee on the phone did a brilliant job at just about being able to match what I found. Also, when my car broke down, the employee who helped me go through the process of contacting the AA was brilliant and very understanding. From my personal experience, the employees who work in the call centre have been great and seem eager to keep you as a customer and try to do their best for you. Been here 5 years now and no complaints so that must mean something. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
