Excellent customer service

Had a query regarding the box that I had to fit in my car, sent an email, expecting to have to wait a few days for a reply. Within minutes, I received a reply and my query was easily sorted out. Each month, I get an email letting me know that a statement for the mileage I’ve accrued for that month is being processed, then I get the statement, confirming the mileage and monthly price. It’s so simple and easy, wish I had know about this company a few years ago instead of paying way over the odds for the low mileage I do. Also, I feel reassured that if my vehicle is stolen, it can easily be tracked and found. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
