Admiral is set up to support their customers

Every time I have contacted admiral, they have always sorted my particular enquiry straight away, thus avoiding any difficulty you as the customer is facing. Even during covid when driving less, they without prompt sent us money back to us as a gesture which I frankly appalled them for. I have family car and house insurance as a multi insurance and know if I call or put a request in, the right support has been afforded me and that’s why I never look at competitive companies at renewal. I remain loyal to admiral for their continued professional support. Whether online to an easy to use website or speaking to their advisors, the service is excellent Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
