So far so good

I was sceptical at first at switching to an insurer like by miles as I'd not seen or heard of anything like this before, but as soon as my box arrived for the car I was supported by by miles who were super responsive via the chat window on the website. I found it all straight forward, no jargon, the app is user friendly and accessible and I like the notifications that pop up telling me how much my journey cost me. I can see how many miles I've used up this year and can see how many are left to use. Think I'll be a due a refund at the end of my year - how many insurers do you know that do this? Think Bymiles are the way forward and would recommend. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
