Always a fast, helpful service!

I have now been with Admiral for 3 years. I have contacted them multiple times about a variety of different issues (from car crashes to windscreen repairs). Every time I have been able to speak to a knowledgable, helpful assistant who has always been able to sort my current problem. The first time I needed to contact them (in my first year), I was involved in an accident where someone fell asleep at the wheel and it was a very terrifying ordeal. I called Admiral and the member of staff I spoke to helped me to calm and collect all the relevant details. They provided me with a brilliant courtesy car very quickly and managed to get my car fixed and back to me in no time. Even during my renewal, when I left it till the very last minute I spoke to an extremely helpful chap who assisted me with getting a brilliant deal for this years insurance. I feel confident being with Admiral that whatever situation I may be in they are at the end of the phone to help and on multiple occasions calm the situation - I will always HIGHLY recommend!
