Good price, good customer service

I've been really impressed with the competitive pricing that ByMiles have offered me, and how much I'm on track to save this year on my car insurance, over last years price! I'm also really happy with the customer service I've received. As it is a pay by mile insurance and I have a miles tracker in my car, when I had a fall and was unable to drive for a couple of weeks I reached out to let the company know in case my tracker lost connection due to the car not being moved. I got a quick response and well wishes from the customer service agent I was in contact with. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
