Wish I knew about them sooner

After having being a driver for 7 years now, I wish I'd found out about ByMiles sooner. For any driver having a form of telematics tracking isn't always the nicest feeling or the most comfortable as you can sometimes feel that you'll be penalised for more than what they state they track and measure, but with a first time user of ByMiles I have not once felt that at all and I value the transparency of the company. Their support team have been brilliant when it came to activation of my tracker as I faced a few issues but it was never too much for the team to be able to offer me advice and give me the reassurance about my policy and usage of the tracker and give me the ultimate peace of mind as a first time customer. The app itself is brilliant, I really valued the car dashboard kit that's within the app and actually it's told me more about my car than I'd known or even heard from garages such as VW themselves! The tracking is accurate which can always be hit and miss with technology but I found they've got it spot on and actually it's been really refreshing to be able to have clear sight over what I'm expecting to be paying per month through the app showing pricing and when the cut off date for the month is - perfect for me who has multiple bills to keep an eye on in the middle of the energy price rises and so on. I've already recommended ByMiles to my family who are due insurance renewals soon and would definitely keep recommending to other drivers to not be stung on insurance prices and for once, only pay for when you actually drive!
