This is the future of car insurance!

By Miles are a company that values fairness, and with a moral compass that points firmly in the right direction. You might think that 'cheaper' car insurance comes at a cost, such as not caring about customer service, but By Miles have always gone out of their way to make sure I feel valued as a customer. Clear messaging, questions answered before I've even thought of them, and hugely helpful every step of the way. Even sending me velcro straps for holding my tracker in place, at no additional cost, because they had already identified my make and model of car as being potentially problematic (it wasn't a problem but they helped anyway, completely unprompted). It is obvious to me that a great deal of care and attention to detail has gone into the user experience of their product, and it truly pays off. I recommend them to friends and family on a regular basis - literally never done that before with car insurance! Well done By Miles, from an extremely satisfied customer.
