App is great and customer service so friendly

I think the app is really good - it’s so easy to access all my policy documents, track my journeys, monitor the cost of them and make changes. I’ve also only had positive experiences of the customer service team, there has been some wait during busy times but they give you the option of calling you back if you leave a number which is very helpful. My only feedback would be that the app can be a little glitchy and despite prompting it to save my password I have to re type it every time I use the app. Highly recommend. Haven’t had to make any claims yet so can’t comment on that side of their service. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022
