Have been with ByMiles for 3 years now with no intention of changing. Their service is excellent, their prices are more than fair, and whenever I have needed to contact them it's straightforward and easy. Why doesn't every insurer follow their lead?

Significantly cheaper than the other quotes that were offering me a policy based on a low mileage use. I use my car for a fraction of the miles than some, and yet other insurers barely took this into consideration. The app and the set up are extremely easy to follow and give me clear indication of my use. Everything is so simple and straightforward- which is a godsend for a technophobe like me!
