Great value for money!

I'm a new by miles customer and so far I've received a great service. Setting up the tracker was easy however, the tracking can be a bit odd at times as it says parked mid journey, perhaps due to signal dropping or being idle in traffic. That said, the overall miles for a journey is still accurate. The fact that journey's are capped at 150 miles is also great value. I drove South Wales to Central London for a fiver!! If you drive less than 7k miles/year this type of insurance is a no-brainer. Customer service team have got back to me in a reasonable time if I've had questions. The only drawback so far is that there isn't the third party cover for other vehicles that you usually get with fully comp insurance as you're paying per mile used however, if you don't really need that extra then the savings per year are definitely worth sacrificing that element.
