Does what it says on the box

I wish I had known about this company years ago. My annual mileage has really dropped off, mostly short journeys, three or four times a week. Paying a reasonable flat rate to insure the car, and another per mile has saved me hundreds of pounds compared to cheapest alternative. Using an easily self fitted tracker the By Miles phone app updates you after each journey, giving route and mileage driven, and how much each journey has cost in insurance terms. It also tells you if your battery has been affected by short journeys. The customer service team are accessible by email and chat. Although I have had little need to contact them apart from setting up, the response has always been quick, courteous and helpful. I confess to preferring to deal by phone but it has never been an issue with this company. They are miles ahead of the crowd. Check them out. Everything is clearly explained so you are clear of what the cost will be based on your estimated mileage before you buy. You also get free miles if you introduce a friend. Even if you try it. for just one year, you'll lose nothing as NCD remains unbroken and I guarantee that you won't be disappointed. It does what it says on the box Reviewed on: 18th August 2022
