Bad response/slow to reply to problems

Would have been very happy but was asked about previous no claims bonus. Replied with previous insurance name expecting you to contact them. No more until the day of your ending of account. Immediately sent a photo of the above and no reply. Was not sure if I was insured or if I could have it restarting. Didn't have any further information for a week. Very disappointed..
