You can't polish a turd!

Just absolutely embarrassingly awful. It honestly is like somebody has let a bunch of school leavers unattended in the contact center. Your dealing with rude and obnoxious people whose intelligence is certainly Limited, yet have amazingly high levels of arrogance and ignorance. Avoid all costs as truly this will drive you to despair trying to in deal with the garbage that they call staff. I'm trying to cancel my policy and so far I've placed it almost two hours doing something so basic because they are so incapable of dealing with it. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

Utterly useless

If you enjoy waiting on hold for 30 minutes each time you need to contact them because their other methods are useless, this may be the bank for you. Add that to some of the rudest stuff I’ve met and the bad service then overall this was a bank that after years of being with I am no longer. Sadly they are not ethical or intelligent.
